Brabus Mercedes E V12 Cabriolet 2011 - the world's most powerful and fastest

Brabus has taken the wraps off their new 800 E V12 Cabriolet.

This is the Brabus 800 E V12 Cabriolet and it really does defy all kinds of reasonable explanation. It’s based on the E-Class Cabriolet and it’s got enough power to shame even some of the most powerful supercars on the planet. Based on the Mercedes E-Class Convertible, the car features a biturbo 6.3-liter V12 engine with 800 PS (588 kW / 788 hp) and an electronically-limited 1,100 Nm (811 lb-ft) of torque. It enables the drop top to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 3.7 seconds, 0-200 km/h in 9.9 seconds and 0-300 km/h in 23.9 seconds. If you keep your foot planted, the 800 E will eventually top out at 370 km/h (231 mph) which makes it the fastest four-seat convertible in the world.

On the styling front, the model is distinguished by an aerodynamic carbon fiber body kit, a lowered sport suspension and 19-inch alloy wheels. Inside, there's a sport steering wheel, carbon fiber trim and a new speedometer that goes up to 400 km/h (250 mph).

Each vehicle will be built to order and pricing starts at €478,000 ($681,200).
